Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscriptions in the BETR OFF iOS app and are part of our Terms of Service. The core app is free; a subscription unlocks the deeper tools. Exact products, prices, and durations are shown in the app and on the App Store listing before you buy.
Billing through Apple
All subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, Apple via your Apple ID. We never see or store your payment details. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, at the price shown in the app for your region.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple ID account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BETR OFF, or via the App Store app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting your BETR OFF account — cancellation only happens through your Apple ID settings. After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
Free trials and introductory offers
If a subscription includes a free trial or introductory price, the terms are shown before you start it. A trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trials and introductory offers are limited to one per user unless Apple’s rules say otherwise.
Refunds
Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy — we can’t issue them directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
Price changes
If a subscription price increases, Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before charging the new price. If you don’t consent, the subscription doesn’t renew at the new price.
Changes to paid features
We may add, change, or retire features within a subscription tier as the product evolves. If we materially reduce what a tier includes during a period you’ve paid for, we’ll say so in the app before it takes effect.
Account deletion and subscriptions
Deleting your BETR OFF account removes your data per the Privacy Policy but does not cancel your subscription with Apple. Cancel in your Apple ID settings first, or you will keep being charged for a service you no longer use.
